5. Exchanges

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
